After months of speculation and knowingly asinine mock drafts, the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft has finally been scripted – which means we’ve officially been handed the funniest 2017 NFL Draft 1st round reactions.
We saw the Cleveland Browns dominate the first round by adding Myles Garrett (1), Jabrill Peppers (25), David Njoku (29), and another first-round pick for next year, and the 49ers quietly fleece the apparently quarterback-hungry Chicago Bears by trading the No. 2 for the far-down No. 3 pick and the Bears’ third-round (No. 67) and fourth-round (No. 111) picks this season and the Bears’ third-round pick in 2018. The Bears then lost the draft by scooping up North Carolina quarterback Mitchell Trubisky with the pick acquired from the 49ers. Madness ensued from there.
But during the Roger Goodell-led NFL draft chaos was a collection of perfectly timed moments from fans and players alike – eager for a bright future, yet disgusted with what they think they know about a guy they have no idea about. Let’s see what took place with our funniest 2017 NFL Draft 1st round reactions
Takkarist McKinley’s Drops the F-Bomb.
The UCLA pass-rusher was certainly emotional when he was taken No. 26 overall by the Atlanta Falcons, considering the promise he made to his late grandmother Myrtle Collins before she passed away in 2011. Keeping it beautifully real.

Chicago Bears Fans Don’t Think Much Of Mitchell Trubisky.
I’ll never understand why Da Bears handed Mike Glennon $15 million a year (seemingly out of pure desperation) just to trade three picks to move up one spot to take another quarterback. Especially with a bottom-tier defense. All seems very mishandled and reeks, yet again, of desperation. It now looks like John Fox’s main job is to win games with a career backup, all while productively grooming an untested rookie (13 college starts) who doesn’t know what a hard count is. Good luck.

Taco Charlton’s Biggest Supporter.
Guessing this fan didn’t hear the call from Dallas. “Get ready to go to work,” said Jason Garrett to the Cowboys’ new defensive lineman. “Rod Marinelli and Leon Lett are waiting for your ass.”
